I'm disapointed in the lack of finding answers to my questions. I make a big order or two each year and I have lost all of my work a couple of times. I've been working for hours and needed to know if all of my work was saved or would I need to use a personal credit card instead of paying through the school credit card on Monday. Also, there was no place to put in a tax ID number. Hopefully I don't personally have to pay that.
