Your Staff is very helpful, Rating VERY GOOD!
However, the wait time is extremely excessive! Rating VERY POOR!
I was on hold for over one hour.... and it took approximately 2 hours to resolve my issue.
Overall Rating = Poor because the wait time is not Acceptable - actually very frustrating!
