The designer software needs a lot of love. 1) Clip art wasn't labeled properly (for example, "tank" appeared under "gun", and "vehicle", but only one appeared under "war" and none appeared under "tank". I also couldn't find the tanks under any category. 2) Not having an ability to mirror images or clip art was frustrating. 3) Being semi-forced to align objects on the designer tool means I had to zoom in a lot to try and force the alignment tool to not engage. Need an option to not use alignment so I can make composites of clip art. 4) Clip art is either extremely detailed (holy cow you have a lot of gun types), or extremely sparse. More variety is important. 5) Italisizing fonts doesn't seem to work. I would also love to see a shipping estimate before check out. I was hesitant to use your company because I wasn't sure when it would arrive in time. Now that I got to checkout I know I can use it.
