Not totally satisfied. When I designed my order on Monday, the shipping cost was $9.99. Today it was $16.76. I tried calling, but got cut off twice. Also, I received a 50% discount - thank you, however,, today I received an email that everything was 55% off. My order discount was only 50%. Not wanting to totally start from scratch, I stuck with the 50%. This banner is now costing me roughly $7.00 mor than it should.
