I ordered a sign a few weeks ago. It came quickley and looked terrific. A feew days ago I went to order a new sign . the shipping cost was $7.00. I waited a day before ordering, in the meantime the price of shipping went u[ to 11.00. When I tried to talk to someone about this, I got an operator who was very pushy. She tried to give me a gift card, which was a great deal. It would cost me undeer $5. I wanted to charge it on PAYPAL. she said I couldn't so I told her to cancel the order. She refused to cancel the order and kept insisting on getting my credit card information. She said she would not give me the number of the person I had to talk to unless I gave her my credit card information. After being bullied I hung up. I needed the sign quickley so I ordered it and paid the $11.00. I rated this tranaction poor because of my experience with the operator. Dottie
