I’m extremely frustrated. I called in several times yesterday and today to have my items received by August 11, 2022 and to receive an additional 40%. I was told that calling in just before paying would ensure that the 40% off could be applied. I called in before 5 and was told that your call volume was high and asked to hold. The sale price of the items was removed , a manual discount code was applied that did NOT reflect the original shopping cart total I was quoted (with the 40% my total including 2nd day shipping should have reflected $443.30), and due to waiting for resolution, I now am scheduled to receive my items after paying double the shipping price. My total cost today was almost $800… extremely dissatisfied.
