I ordered 5 days ago. Even though I received an order number and paypal receipt, I was told no one could find my order, I spoke with about 4 different people who were ALL "supposed to get back to me," but didn't. Then I wake up today to find my order cancelled and refunded with no explanation - then an email stating that my situation has been resolved. No it hasn't! This has been a terrible user experience and I am not impressed.
