as a new business owner, i was excited about purchasing a new banner. i worked with an art designer at bannersonthecheap.com, and we finalized the product. when I received the product in the mail, they forgot the contact information. unbothered because I figured mistakes happen; when i contacted the to correct the error, they gave me a hard time as if i were to blame. instead of making sure the customer is satisfied as this would impact future sales, they proceeded to try to give me a partial refund. i will not use this service ever again. customer service was marginal at best.
