1`). Spoke with a customer service lady (1st call) and she seriously was asleep, AWFUL...! I couldn't even understand her and explained I was in a hurry. I really hope you can pull that "recording" for training purposes b/c she shouldn't work there. 0 stars for her. 2). My 2nd customer service person was pleasant and helpful. She gets 5 stars.
