Your art department does not respond to emails and they cancelled my order even though I spoke to someone about the resolution of the graphics. I provided higher resolution graphics, but never heard back again. Another phone call and I was informed that my order had been canceled. You have cost me 10 days that I had intended to be ready for my event. I have just placed the order again. I hope you come through this time!
