I had questions about the dimensions of the product and went to an online chat yesterday. The attendant was unhelpful and acted as if I had done something to upset her. She did not know the answers to my questions and then repeatedly asked "is there anything else?". I gave up and left. Today I called the 877 number and the recording said I should not wait but they would hold my place in line and call me back. Four hours later they never called, so I called again, waited nearly 10 minutes and finally got someone to answer my questions.
