In the past I have worked with Banners on the Cheap. I have spent thousands of dollars over the past 5 years designing banners. This past fall I moved from vinyl banners to cloth banners. The banners came through with grommets. The grommets made hanging them difficult in our environment. I called and a representative told me you can only get this product WITH grommets. I do not understand! Grommets have to be PUT on the product. WHY can we NOT get this product without grommets? Some sort of explanation WHY would help future business with your product.
