I chose very poor only to get attention to the difficulties with the dimensions on the vertical retractable banner. The banner is advertised at 78"x33." Customer service told me that there needs to be a 1" bleed on the top, left, and right sides; they said a 3" bleed for the bottom. However, when I build my art file to this specification, the 78"x33" print area does not fit into it properly. I tried to communicate this to the customer service team and to the art department. Everyone was really polite and I appreciate that. But no one seems to see the problem with the measurements. They also sent me a template file, which, while being close to correct, is technically, not correct. The math simply does not check out. Please take a look at that and let me know if there is something I am misunderstanding. I am a full time Graphic Designer and I would be happy to talk to you further about this.
