The first girl who I spoke to was curt and clearly not patient... Then when I first went to the site it stated, "FREE" shipping. That was in fact not the case. The realty is shipping is $19.29 and you choose to call it RUSHED shipping. That is not a rushed shipping. Think of this: 5-6 days is rushed and 7-9 is standrad? Really, c'mon... It is misleading and unfair by all accounts. I paid anyway as I have little time to start this procedure over so hoping the banner is the way I ordered. Not a lot of faith at this point and I don't excpet the banner anytime soon!
