I have spent thousands of dollars with this company, but that is fixing to change. Customer Service has been sending me in circles for two weeks over an order that they messed up. I just need my signage and they are making this ridiculously hard to correct. Certain customer services says that my order has been fixed and shipped, others say I was refunded and need to start a new order. Everyone is clueless and can't point me in the right direction, so I have to waste money to order my signs again so that I have them in time for my event. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED.
