Your website would NOT let me place my order in the cart. I called your help line and was told they can't figure out why it won't go in the cart. Therefore, I had to re-create the design. NOT a good way to get or retain customers. Also, your shipping charges are way too high. Most online orders ship free or for low cost. You need to review this and find a consultant to help you figure out ways to lower your shipping costs, if you can't figure it out. Another suggestion: ask some of your employees how to reduce shipping. I'm sure they can make some great suggestions.
