Ordered a banner from this place and noticed I never received any shipping info. I contacted the company and asked where the order was and they told me there was an issue with the image resolution. I NEVER received any email about there being an issue with my order. I had to contact them to ask where my shipping info was beings I needed this banner in a timely manner. When I asked why I wasnt notified, she said they emailed me. I told her to send me the email that they sent me with the date and time....crickets. Will never order from here again. TERRIBLE customer service. And of course, now I am going to have to make my own banner because there is no way I can get one made in 3 days.
