BE WARNED!!! The fact that I have to buy five new stakes for flags that were in the ground 24 hours is very concerning. Banners on the Cheap's solution for a $90 credit is hardly satisfactory, since the replacement stakes cost upwards of $500 and their response was "we're unable to confirm the conditions in which this was used" made no sense when pictures were provided of the flags in the ground. At any rate, they got us for another $500 plus and if these metal stakes are not strong enough for their own feather flags and Washington, DC wind, we are going elsewhere...quickly.
