Why is shipping not included in the original total? I first tried to process my order with PayPal thinking that shipping was included and then you try to charge me an extra $14 after I thought it would only be $25? Very unsatisfactory service with your website. Please start to ask for shipping details prior to delivering a total to the customer. And you are not BBB accredited according to the linked website. Very unprofessional.
