This company made assumptions about a banner design. Altered the original specification and printed it without consulting me. I have been trying to get them to provide a replacement for over a month now without success. Customer service is appalling and if you try to call them, be prepared to spend a long time listening to the most annoying 'On Hold' music. When I did finally get through to a human, I was put on hold a further four times. Even after all that, I have still not received any form of confirmation about their intent to resolve the issue. I would DEFINATLY NOT recommend this company to anyone. There are far better options out there.
