I could not reorder from a previous design and your email seemed to indicate that I should proceed to checkout but it wouldn't let me. Your on-line service people were less than helpful, especially to a returning customer. I know it's not the largest banner order you've ever had but it is important to us. Perhaps they were having a bad day, and I understand everyone does from time to time. Your emails were the issue. It keep telling me to complete my order but evidently I needed to refresh my previous design. Thanks for listening.
