I designed a banner and had a great experience with the art department in helping me adjust some color, however, after paying up front, I am unable to make a change, as I was told I could after seeing the proof. three times I have called or emailed the company for assistance. I am put into a que for a call back, but none ever happens.....Am I being scammed? I am on a deadline for this banner and am close to being very angry!
