We bought a banner from Banners on the Cheap - We used this banner a total of 6 times before it tore away from the frame. That is a design flaw - the banner didn't stay secure in the frame and began to pull away from the frame due to tension and the fact that whatever adhesive or clamp they used was sub-par and sub-standard. They offered to replace the banner and then rescinded their offer and instead offered to take $50 off the price of a new banner. They do not stand behind their product and you get what you pay for - a banner that doesn't work - will keep you posted when I find a more reputable company
