The heavy duty material is out of stock. And the customer service emailed me problem but no detail. Then a few days later, said problem resolved. But only 1 banner was delivered. I called the customer service, one said the large one was not sent and will be send and hung up on me. Then I called again, the customer service said the heavy duty material is out of stock and no lead time available, so I have to cancel my order. That's a very bad experience when I need the banner so badly.
