Took too long , to create, I was on the phone for almost 3 hrs, for a very simple standard feather sign (when finally the representative decided to transfer me to the DESIGN DEPARTMENT). She should done that after our 1st 45 mins!!!!!. I don’t feel as if , I’ve been compensated fairly, for such a long………WAIT …THE ENTIRE PROCESS WAS FRUSTRATING. I pray that when I receive my final product I’ll be happy with it. However, I would not recommend this site, to a novice, because it’s. NOT intuitive. Probably would not recommend to a designer either.
