I have not received the item so I can rate it. My first 3 orders were great. My last one, was not, I thought it was coming with holes and it didnt. You are welcomed to call me at 512 441 3925 and brain storm it with me, I live in Austin I can drop it off or wait while you place holes in it. It is hard ordering online. I cant even place a string through it to hang them, it was about 8 blue banners. Two online looked like large letters, but when it arrive they are small letters. I need these banners to be read from far away.
