Easily the WORST customer service on the planet Earth.
Due to an art issue my frame shipped before the cloth.
One week apart.
During that week I moved.
Once we had the art issue solved I asked to change the shipping address. 5 different people told me that they could not change the shipping address and would have to cancel my order, refund my money, then I would have to start a new transaction online, adding another week to the process.
These are simply the dumbest people on the planet earth. They cannot change an address in their system.
