I needed a banner for an event and ordered it on their site. They charged me for it but never made the banner and I did not receive any notification about my order. I finally called them the day before the event and they didn’t know anything about my order. Instead of refunding my money like I asked, the woman on the phone collected my info, said she would look into the matter and get back to me. 4 days after the event I received a flimsy banner with no holes or way to to attach it. I’m not very impressed with their services and will not order from them again.
