Customer service was horrible, the first time I placed an order they said I had to cancel and re-created because I wanted to change the address not the billing address, but the shipping address. So I did, and when I placed my order again using the right shipping address for some reason, it use the billing address. So I called to have them fix it and they told me that I had to re-create the order again which means I still have to wait 5 to 10 business days for the first refund now another 5 to 10 business days for the second refund instead of them, just correcting it on their end. Still waiting on the finished product but so far I’d rather pay a little more for quality service.
