I had a bad experience, with banners on the cheap. My order was printed incorrectly. That happens...It shouldn't but I understand. When attempting to contact customer service, it took me an hour for customer service to get to my call. After sending in the photos and told the information was going to be sent to the art department for review I was instructed I would hear within 24 hours. Five days later, I had to call back, waited for another hour for customer service, then I was told the art department is currently reviewing it and I should hear back shortly. Days later I had to call back, yet again and unreasonable wait time. The agent I spoke with said that the decision was made to send us out a new one and someone should of called or emailed to let me know.
I made the order on the 29th of September and I was not complete until the 24th of October. Price was great, and I believe the quality of the product is good, no complaints about that, but the customer service experience is some of the worst I've encountered either in my personal life and as a small business. I could never recommend anyone using this service because if they have any issues ,they will have to endure a torturous and laborious process.
