I was told 3 days after my order was placed that my images needed a 1 inch bleed and I would have to reload and create all 6 banners. Customer Service told me to call back when I was ready to check out and they would help me with my deadline. When I called back to set up shipment, they said whatever was being offered at checkout was all that was available for shipping. I've ordered several things for several years from Bannersonthecheap. This is my first experience with customer service and it was an epic fail.
