Called for some assistance regarding banner and banner stand sizing, took the option for a call back because of wait. call was disconnected. agent didn't call back. waited a while called back. Took the call back option again. Got the same agent, who was unable to answer questions about banner stand height, and banner fit.... then Call disconnected a second time.
