I bought a 6 foot feather flag. One would expect when you bought a 6 foot flag to receive a 6 foot flag. No, apparently you get a 4 foot flag and 2 foot of that is taken up by the pole. As in from the ground up, you would have 6 foot. I don't know what type of common sense this is. We are in a new brave world evidently. When I tried to return, the flag is explained to me that I had to take 4 foot and I had the 2 foot of the rod to make 6 foot. If I bought a gallon of gas I would expect a gallon of gas if I bought a 3 x 5 US flag I would expect a 3 x 5 flag. Evidently their measuring tape works differently than everybody else's. They tried to do a partial return and I would've had to paid $74 to get the right size flag that I ordered. I will no longer be doing business with banners on the cheap. Oh and also they advertise banners very cheaply but when you do a double side, expect to pay four times price. Not so cheap. The only reason it has two stars is the flag actually seems to be decent quality. They just can't measure.
