Placed order at 3/25, this company said Banners will arrive at 4/3
3/26 I received a email said because it's a big banner so, they want me proved they can print the banner or I can send other file, in that time I like their customers service. I emailed back and send other file in, I got email back very soon said the file received. At 4/3 , I did not receive my banners, I called them, the service team lady said they email me , but I did not reply it, when I told her I did, she getting become rude.....
Finally, she said we can not open your file...
in the begging she said I did not reply the email.. she tried to blame to me. when she found it she blame to me again, said the file can not opened, is it the company training rule? Everything is customer fault.
Now, I still did not get any email said need other file or tell what's next step.
