My last order was submitted and then a week later I was told something went wrong. I sat on hold for over an hour yesterday to get a discount in faster shipping only to be told the system was down. Very poor customer service. I really hope this order goes through or I will be sharing experience far and wide. I use this company often in my other job and refer them to a lot of people.
