I was stuck on hold for one hour due to my tax-exempt status information not being held within your system. We have ordered from you many times now, and it was extremely frustrating having to wait so long to take care of something that was already established with your company. We are very happy with your products... however your customer service left me on hold for an extended amount of time which was not very productive or professional.
