Trying to change text size was impossible. No back arrow abilities so it kept defaulting to an old version. When I clicked on the "custom color" palette, it would cause the page to go blank and then come back as the old version. I have used your service probably 50X in the past, but it has gotten worse ... or at least stayed the same while others have improved.
