I was told by the chat to call a 877 number to be able to get help with a resolution issue. When I called that number the prompts told me that I would be able to get help with items in my cart before I ordered them. When I got to the rep she told me she could not help me and would not help me. If my banners are crappy, I am going to have a lot to say!
