I waited on the phone for an hour, two days in a row to get someone on the phone to help me. Once I reached someone, I was transferred to the design team, who was unable to help me at all with anything design related. They actually made the design worse, and kept saying they didn't have access to anything design tools to help. This was unbelievable for a "design department". Then after working on the design for several hours myself, I kept saving my design work, however it never actually saved even though the message it kept giving me was saying "saving your work.' This is a very poor system and poor customer service overall. Very frustrating.
