I have used Banners on The Cheap for many years with no issues. However, my most recent order arrived wrong and unusable. I have been trying to get a corrected order for over a month. In one email I was promised a refund of $1152.00, then when I accepted that refund they changed it to a much lower amount, claiming a typo in the first email. I still accepted it however I now had to place another order and hope this one arrives correctly done and on time.
