I"ve ordered several times from Banners On The Cheap and have never had an issue. I'm sad to report that this order has had several mishaps. The biggest issue was with a rep who seems dot be in too big a hurry. I w trying to figure a discrepancy between an order that was supposed to have been cancelled and the new one I had placed. I was trying to help him understand the situation but he kept pressing about cancelling and ended up canceling the wrong order. So now I'm having to resubmit and will miss my deadline for having the item.
