The help in creating the banner was exceptional.
The Shipping not so much. We paid for Express shipping and FedEx did not receive an Express shipping order.
Made the order late for customer. Very Bad.
Banner Quality Good. However, after screwed up delivery two banners arrived with wrong banner stand.
Still waiting on refund of Sales Taxes and Express Shipping cost.
