First order did not complete, yet I was charged $96.16. Less than an hour later I retried the same order and the price had gone up to over $120. Customer Service by phone was completely inept and lacked any kind of initiative to help me correct the issue that your system created. Now my card has been charged over $200 for an item that should have originally cost $96.
