Customer service was terrible and I was hung up on. I was trying to figure out the website and they said they would send me an invoice for the item to add a discount and then the invoice was more expensive than the website and I called again and they said that there was nothing she could do because that's just how it works. I am confused as to why an invoice that was stated would have a better discount on it would end up being more expensive.
