I was told that you all were open on Saturdays, however when I contacted the art department they were closed, the repressentative gave me in accurate information, therefore I had to pay for express shipping to get this retractable in time. I don't feel this was fair to me. I am not pleased with outcome and feel the company should refund me for the extra cost of shipping.
