Last week I had place an order and according to the website it went thru. Found out today the order didn't flow thru the system. I had to wait a whole week to find out it didn't go thru Which is very upsetting because I had to pay extra for shipping this time. I kept checking every day for my status and it was just telling me "WE'RE CREATING YOUR ORDER". checked today in the morning and it said the same thing so I reached out to costumer service just to find out my order didn't showed in the system. If you buying anything here make sure you get your confirmation email to make sure your order went through the system if not your going to be like me expecting to get it certain day and for your surprise your order not go thru.
