I called and spoke to a representative to confirm the proof on my last order. I asked her specifically if this was set to be 5ft tall by 3ft wide and she said YES! I received my order today and they wer ALL 3ft tall by 5ft wide!
This will most likely be my last order with Banners on the Cheap.
