My banner was canceled with no email or phone call stating such. When it didn't arrive on time, I called to discover the order had been canceled due to a website error with pricing being too low. I wasn't going to get my banner on time at that point unless I paid a ridiculous amount for shipping. I wasn't provided any option by the company to make their mistake right. My only option was to re-order the banner and pay for 7-9 day shipping because I can't afford to expedite it. Disappointed.
