Nothing on your site about bleed or crops. So I had to redo my "image" to fit your "start from scratch" space, as mine had bleed and crops. Also, when I put in my cart, it said free shipping, but you charged me shipping. I have printed with you before and quality is good, but info on your site is lacking somewhat.
