The banners for our production haven’t arrived and we ordered them months ago. The banners were printed with a HUGE mistake. I have no idea how it could have gone through several departments AND shipping that way. The mistake was clearly the company's fault, and the customer service rep I contacted was nice, explained that it was obviously their mistake and that they would reprint and send it out asap. We’ve made multiple request to pay for the expedited shipping. In a community like ours this is a major advertising method, and this has been a disaster for our small non-profit. After being told them would arrive yesterday and planning a crew for today, then having to reschedule the crew for FRIDAY because it's showing up two days later was extremely counterproductive. The banners will be up less than a week before the show starts if they arrive at all, and I have to drop everything else to go hang them at the last minute. This used to be a decent company, but there must have been a change in management or ??? because it's terrible now. We will be ordering from a local company that costs quite a bit more but is totally reliable.
